Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading cancer charity in their search for a Mass Participation Manager.
The Mass Participation Manager will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of the charity annual campaigns and will be responsible for overall campaign success (along with the Marketing Manager).
You will join an enthusiastic team of 7 and this team is responsible for raising around 2m each year. The team s focus is on growing and developing products, ensuring the charity achieve the highest standards of supporter experience, recruit the best quality participants at scale, and build relationships with them for the long term.

Ideally you will have:
Experience designing and executing complex supporter journeys, ideally in a product fundraising/mass participation role with tens of thousands of registrants
Experience of project management and delivery, gained in a fundraising role.
Experience liaising with customers or supporters, building high value long term relationships
Working knowledge of the current fundraising products market; how to reach, engage and develop mass audiences to deliver growing net income.
Experience working within a CRM system (ideally Raiser s Edge or Enterprise CRM)
Experience working with mass email marketing systems (ideally Adestra)
Experience designing complex processes to deliver personalised supporter journeys to large volumes of people
Experience writing copy for supporter-focused materials.

Location: London, hybrid (min. 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: 34,250k- 37,250 per annum
