They seek an experienced and highly motivated Development Research and Due Diligence Specialist to join their warm, collaborative and dynamic Development Research and Due Diligence Team within their Development and Alumni Relations office.

As a member of the Development Research and Due Diligence Team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects to grow the prospect pipeline and ensure the best prospects are actively qualified and managed by fundraisers and for performing due diligence specific research in order to protect the reputation of the University. With experience of working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the ability to respond effectively to high-pressure situations and be able to adjust to changing priorities. You will join one of the world's leading institutions as part of a dynamic and innovative team, playing a key part in the delivery of their significant fundraising potential.

The Development and Alumni Relations office has an outstanding track record of engaging Cambridge's global alumni community and securing philanthropic income for the Collegiate University. It has overall responsibility for coordinating University-wide development campaigns, raising funds to support Schools, Faculties, Departments and other central University institutions. They work closely with Cambridge's 31 Colleges and their sister office, Cambridge in America, to maximise alumni engagement and fundraising with their constituencies across the globe.

This role is based in central Cambridge, however the successful candidate may need to work remotely in the first instance. This can be discussed at interview.

First round interviews for this position are anticipated to take place week commencing 31 January 2022.
Second round interviews for this position are anticipated to take place week commencing 7 February 2022.
