£56,580 per annum + 10% car allowance
Full Time, Permanent (part time hours 30+ per week also considered)

As an ambassador of the company, you will maintain their excellent public image and contribute to departmental PR work. You will manage the housing options contract on behalf of the Council, ensuring that all contractual requirements and conditions are met.
You will have a motivational leadership style and coaching methodology focused on bringing the best out of individuals and teams. You will be customer focused and ensure that they continue to learn and grow by exceeding their customer expectations. With management experience within either Homelessness, Lettings or Support Services, you will be accustomed to facilitating effective communication by actively listening to staff, customers and communities. You will have a positive attitude and display accountable behaviours and values to ensure continued growth that benefits their customers.
This post requires that the job holder is subject to a DBS check at a basic level.
