Full Time, Permanent (part time hours 30+ per week also considered)

Our client is looking for a forward-thinking, strategic leader to shape and deliver outstanding services that make a difference to their customers' lives, as well as making their homes and communities great places to live.
The Role:
You will have a motivational leadership style and coaching methodology focused on bringing the best out of individuals and teams. You will be customer focused and ensure that they continue to learn and grow by exceeding their customer expectations. As part of the senior management group, you will ensure the delivery of the Housing & Communities Strategy, providing a leadership that is inclusive and creates a culture of trust. You will ensure that they have appropriate structures in place to support customers in paying their rent and sustaining their home.
About You
You will have a motivational leadership style and coaching methodology focused on bringing the best out of individuals and teams. You will be an advocate for change, have proven experience of initiating and driving change for communities. With management experience within either Income, Communities or Independent Living Services, you will be accustomed to creating strategies that promote community cohesion and economic engagement. You will have a positive attitude and display accountable behaviours and values to ensure continued growth that benefits their customers.
This post requires that the job holder is subject to a DBS check at a basic level.
