The Fundraising Manager – Supporter Acquisition will be responsible for the development and delivery of products, activities and projects to acquire and recruit new supporters to the hospice, in line with the fundraising strategy and objectives which are focussed on growth, sustainability and
inclusion.

Through effective line management, delegation, and matrix managing team members from across the department, you will work closely with other managers to deliver a wide range of opportunities to engage the public with the hospice, acquiring donors and building relationships that have the
potential to be long term and sustainable.  This varied role will actively take responsibility, alongside other managers, for achieving department budgets and targets across multiple streams of income, in line with our Values and to achieve our Mission and Vision.

Some of the key products and activities this role will be delivering on will be; the return of our midnight walk event in 2022, our successful hospice lottery and our regular giving and cash appeals
program.

This post is offered on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and there Is an opportunity for hybrid working.
