I am delighted to be working with an amazing health charity in search of a Recruitment and Training Administrator, you will be responsible for providing additional administration resource with a focus on recruitment and training.
The HR team consists of a Head of People and OD, 2 HR Business Partners, a Resourcing Partner, an HR Assistant and a Diversity and Inclusion Manager providing a comprehensive HR service for 200 staff
Your role will be to support the Resourcing Partner with all recruitment administration, providing a high quality recruitment service to candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:
Supporting production of recruitment materials
Posting vacancies on the ATS, Taleo, and external jobs boards
Liaising with recruitment agencies
Managing applications on the ATS
Candidate communication
Producing panel packs
Arranging interviews
Administering tests
Pre-employment checks.

Training administration:
Organising dates for training in 2022
Updating the intranet with dates for training
Promoting training via the intranet and Yammer
Maintaining sign-up sheets, sending invites and monitoring attendance
Collating evaluation feedback
Recording training attendance in the HR database, Cezanne

Diary management for Head of People and OD:
The post holder will work with the Head of People and OD to organise meetings as required, both virtual and in-person, booking rooms and catering as required.

Budget administration:
Responsible for processing and recording HR budget expenditure.
Processing invoices and expenses using Continia software, allocating the correct budget code to each expense, and forwarding for approval.
Recording expenditure in the HR budget spreadsheet.

Administration support:
Managing two HR shared in-boxes, ensuring all queries are answered within 2 working days, or forwarded to another member of the HR team within 1 working day.
Electronic filing using Sharepoint / Office 365
