Salary: £21,000 rising to £24,000 per annum after probation – Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
Reporting: Director of Bereavement Support and Education (Day to day management Helpline & Referral Hub Manager)
Location: Home working and at Head Office in Loudwater (once per month), Buckinghamshire

Are you passionate about supporting parents and families, and the professionals who work with them? This charity is looking to recruit TWO talented and highly motivated individuals to work with the Helpline Team to provide timely and appropriate support, including early intervention, along with offering information to both families and professionals contacting the charity through a variety of channels, (mainly phone, email, and live chat), and to assist in the development and maintenance of systems, policies, practices, and procedures to underpin this service.

The Coordinators will also work in partnership with The National Development Lead for the Education Sector, to provide early support and intervention for schools and educational establishments and for the development of resources to support education professionals.

Closing Date: 4th January 2022
Interviews: 7th January 2022 (by Zoom)
