A great opportunity exists for a Charity Fundraising Manager to join the team that can have an influential role in growing fundraising across several areas. This role is mixed with grants/foundation, donor management and events; maximising donor engagement and regular giving opportunities. As Charity Fundraising Manager, you will be required to manage, grow, and develop the charity’s fundraising initiatives designed to generate a seven-figure annual income target from new and existing streams. This role can be fully home-based. Part time hours maybe considered or a condensed 4-day week.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have wide ranging experience in fundraising, ideally including Events, Trust and Individual Giving. You will also possess excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire people at all levels of seniority and all walks of life. You will have excellent networking, relationship-building and donor care skills. You will have the ability and willingness to adapt to the needs of a team and respond to the emerging needs of the charity. Having a strong understanding and/or experience in business operations would be an advantage however it is not essential for the role.
