Civitas Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic Community Interest Company that provides specialist impact-focused advisory and consultancy to socially minded clients. The company aims to help organisations achieve the impact they desire and contribute towards a thriving society through their successes. An exciting opportunity exists for an Impact Project Lead to join the team and help provide impact evaluation and measurement expertise and leadership on project teams across a range of thematic areas and project types. As Impact Project Lead, you will advise on the methods and project planning as well as leading delivery on those projects assigned to you and will primarily be working on Impact projects. It is a permanent full-time hybrid role consisting of a mix of home and office working which can be negotiated upon.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will possess a genuine and demonstratable desire to help clients achieve positive change in a similar consulting type role. You will be familiar with the field of social impact – main concepts, key terms etc and be fully conversant with widely used impact measurement approaches, tools, methodologies, and frameworks. You will also have the ability to spot patterns, draw conclusions and contribute to the formulation of recommendations to clients. Thematic knowledge of one or more of the company’s focus areas would be an advantage to this role however it is not essential. Examples of impact assessment projects recently completed by the organisation includes topics such as - How can home adaptations improve lives?  What value does Social Housing create?  How can I stop online gambling?  Impact of intervention. Trauma-informed support for individuals and family’s post-lockdown.
