An opportunity exists for a Service Support Manager to join the team and focus on providing exceptional customer service to its various user groups and supporters. The role will oversee a team and will be broad in nature however at its core will be the effective management of communication internally and with users and supporters. This is a home-based role with the occasional need for travel for meetings.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills with experience of working in client facing roles having had previous line management experience. You will be accustomed to dealing with a range of queries from different sources from potential customers and partners. You will be highly organised and demonstrate excellent project management skills. You will be collegiate in your approach and have great interpersonal skills being able to manage internal relationships well. You will also have a passion for providing good customer service and also demonstrate a keen interest in working in the charity sector.
