HR Advisor/Manager (Climate Change)

Civitas Recruitment are excited to be working with a membership body focused on working with the investment community on climate change. The organisation aims to accelerate a shift towards to a low-carbon economy by bringing investors together to use their significant collective influence with policy makers, investors and companies encouraging policies and practices in line with a climate resilient world. A great opportunity exists for an HR Advisor to join and assist the organisation as they aim to execute plans for organisation growth at rapid pace. As HR Advisor, you will support line managers and the senior management team with all aspects of recruitment and provide a professional HR service to all staff. It is a hybrid permanent role consisting of working 2-3 days per week (part time).

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a fast-paced HR role within a generalist capacity. You must be qualified to at least CIPD level 5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to staff at all levels and report to senior management are essential for this role. You will have excellent ability to build rapport, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Experience in driving key initiatives such as performance appraisals, diversity and inclusion, and employee retention will be required and ideally you will have operated in smaller environments.
