Marketing and Communications Officer


£27,000 - £29,000 per annum


We are seeking a proactive Marketing and Communications Officer to support the work of the Marketing and Communications Team across the organisation.

In this role, you will lead on marketing for all training events, webinars and courses, including collateral production, email and social media campaigns.

You will work with the Publishing Team to implement marketing campaigns and promotion for author/researcher outreach, including calls-for-papers, usage-driving, researcher/reviewer engagement and publishing news and policy via internal and external email platform providers.

Using your initiative, you will have oversight and management of the Group’s social media accounts, delivering a balanced schedule of content. Key responsibilities include the posting of content, as directed by relevant product owners; reporting of statistics; horizon scanning among relevant organisations; monitoring of notifications and messages; digital advertising, as required.

Suitable candidates will have a background in marketing as well as experience with using social media for marketing and communications.
