I am working in partnership with a British research institute which covers international affairs. Their HQ is in central London and the position offers hybrid working.
This brilliant permanent HR Administrator opportunity is paying £25,000 per annum and will allow someone to develop and grow throughout their time working for the organisation. You will be part of a professional HR team where you will play a key role in providing generalist HR support.
The key responsibilities involve:
- Recruitment administration. You will support with the full applicant management, writing adverts, booking in interviews and helping with the onboarding process.
- Absence administration. You will record leave requests, sickness absence and associated self-certification forms.
- New joiner and leaver administration. Reference checking and other pre-employment checks. Co-ordinating the induction process and leaver administration.
- General HR administration which comprises of booking training for staff, updating HR forms and assisting on HR projects.
It would be advantageous to have experience of working in the non-profit sector before. The HR Administrator must be prepared to take ownership of their responsibilities, be organised and have excellent communication skills.
