Care Navigator

They are seeking to recruit a Navigator to join their innovative digital and phone-based Central Support and Social Care Team. As part of a close-knit team, you will be providing advice, support and guidance to young people diagnosed with cancer and their families. You will also be first point of contact for phone, email and web chat enquiries from people and organisations in their wider support network.

Care Navigator Requirements

  • Substantive experience providing emotional, practical and signposting support to clients
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to deliver these via phone and digital channels
  • Able to quickly assess a situation and what's needed - and respond accordingly
  • Able to record accurately and effectively across different databases
  • An innovative and solution-focused approach


This is a full-time (35 hours), permanent role. The service operates 9-5, Monday-Friday and you will be required to work these hours.

You can be based anywhere within the UK but must have a private space in which to work at home. A laptop and resources will be provided.

This role will require an enhanced DBS, which will be organised for the successful candidate.
