Part-time, 22.5 hours/3 days per week across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday

Fixed term contract, 6 months (maternity cover) with possibility of extension

This role can be based in either our Harrogate or Skipton offices, though will generally be conducted remotely whilst remote operations continue. 

Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. We give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.  We help with everything from money issues to problems at work, housing to consumer rights.

We are seeking a Training and Support Manager (maternity cover). This role is responsible for assessing, planning, developing and managing training for both Staff and Volunteers across the organisation. The role will be required to function as necessary in all locations that CACHD operates.

This role’s focus is to ensure that organisational training objectives are set and delivered. This role has overall responsibility for volunteer recruitment across the whole organisation and the role will also supervise, manage and appraise any volunteers involved in volunteer recruitment and training.
