Head of Creative Development (Interim)
Salary: £40,000- £45,000 per annum

Hours: Full time
Contract: Fixed term, 18 months

Our client is a theatre and performing arts venue on Manchester’s Oxford Road. They create and produce their own shows, host tours from some of the best theatre companies in the world and develop the next generation of artists, performers and community leaders.
This is an exciting time for our client as they are now open following major refurbishment.
You will be part of their Senior Management Team, working alongside the Artistic Director/CEO to develop their creative strategy and public programmes in line with their recent refreshed vision, mission and values.
Dedicated to working with young people and early career creatives, you will provide caring and inspiring leadership for the Creative Development Department to deliver their nationally significant programmes of artistic activity. Including our clients life-changing young people’s participation and creative leadership programmes; an ambitious and diverse public programme of performances, concerts, exhibitions, festivals and events; and artist support, producing and commissioning.
