About our organisation
The Soil Association, formed in 1946, is the only UK charity that works across the spectrum of human health, the environment and animal welfare. That’s because we cannot tackle these issues in isolation.
We campaign for change, support farming innovation, serve healthy food in communities, support and grow the organic market, and protect forests. We couldn't do any of this without our supporters, partners, donors and dedicated staff. We make a difference in the world where it’s needed the most.
About the opportunity
The Soil Association's expertise is in ever greater demand and the growing fundraising team is rising to the challenge of accessing the resources to enable us to meet this interest. Corporate Partnerships have been going from strength to strength, the team having recently landed several high-profile, exciting partnerships. We work with colleagues across the organisation and a wide range of different companies, discussing healthy school food at one moment and the impact of soil health on climate change the next. The role gives the opportunity to learn from the wider fundraising team and make a vital contribution to it's success.
Location: This role is based in Bristol but we can offer flexible working with a mix of remote and office working (needing to be in the office for around 2 days per week)
About you
We are looking for someone with ambition to develop in the role and bring experience of:
• Managing a prospect pipeline using research and cultivation plans
• Providing excellent donor care and relationship management
• Implementing a stewardship strategy, including high-quality written communications to strengthen relationships with partners.
Hours
Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Permanent contract
Important dates
Interviews are expected to take place on 15th December 2021.
