The RNCM is one of the world’s leading music conservatoires and a vibrant public arts venue, with a broad artistic and community outreach offer, in the heart of Manchester. Our bold ambition is to define the future of music.
We are seeking an experienced and creative fundraiser, to join our dynamic Development & Alumni Relations team, and play a vital role in reaching our ambitious fundraising targets and expanding our networks, donors and impact as we look towards our 50th anniversary year.
The Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships is a new role that is responsible for achieving a personal income target whilst managing and inspiring the team to grow and diversify income from individual giving and corporate partnerships. With a proven track record of achieving significant fundraising targets, and the ability to build compelling proposals, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you drive forward the team's philanthropic income, legacy pledges, and sponsorship, alongside strategic overview of the RNCM’s alumni engagement programme.
