Amicus Trust are looking to recruit a dynamic individual with the skills and knowledge of ensuring that an organisation continues to meet standards which have been set by the Trust. An understanding of the Care Quality Commission would be an advantage but is not essential.
The post will be reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure that our accommodations across the regions of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire are delivering a high delivery service to our service users.
This post will require an individual that has experience of dealing with compliments and complaints and addressing them appropriately.
You will be required to travel to our accommodations on occasions and will therefore need the use of a car where public transport is not available.
