Senior Operations Manager, Supporter Experience
Salary – £40k p.a.
Location – King’s Cross, London/Hybrid

They are the national fundraising charity for art. They believe that art can make you see, think and feel differently, and through their work they help make art more accessible to as many visitors as possible, wherever they are.

They give grants to help museums and galleries acquire works of art for their collections, share them with wide audiences, and support the training and professional development of curators. They are supported by their growing membership of 139,000 through the National Art Pass, as well as the generosity of many trusts, foundations and other individuals.

They are looking for a new key member of the team, who can bring an innovation mindset and who can drive excellence in their end to end supporter operations, building on the work already achieved in digitising and transforming their processes to better serve their members and donors. With substantial supplier management experience and 5 years plus experience in a customer service environment, you will be well versed in initiating change and in managing large complex data sets and overseeing the automation of processes. Excellent knowledge of Direct Debit, payment systems, gift aid etc... is essential, as is an ability to work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, such as finance.

This role is located at their King’s Cross office (London N1C), although a 6 month hybrid working trial has commenced from October. This trial period requires full time staff to attend the office 6-8 days per fortnight.
