Harris Hill are delighted to be working exclusively with a wonderful national cancer charity in their search for the Head of Mass Participation Fundraising.


Expanding mass participation income streams is vital to the charity growth. This new role will lead the next stage of transformational growth in mass participation fundraising and lead and develop a first-class team to develop the charity portfolio, ensuring it is sector leading, takes advantages of market opportunities and grows significantly year on year.
As a key member of the Fundraising Management Group, this senior role will be accountable for leading the team to deliver and grow a multi-million-pound portfolio of national campaigns executed through our network of the charity s centres.
With a developed knowledge of fundraisers and supporters expectations and perception of charitable giving, you will be accomplished in devising and delivering a strategy to achieve donor volume and value. You will have experience of designing a portfolio based on insight and organisational strategy creating incredible supporter experiences, inclusive and accessible products and inspiring campaign messaging. You will be curious and have the ability to innovate fundraising methods and principles based on a thorough understanding of how to take products to market effectively. You'll have extensive experience of organising or commissioning large scale mass participation events, and a track record of managing and delivering significant and complex income and expenditure budgets. With demonstrable leadership and management experience you will enjoy taking responsibility for growing diverse teams. You will have excellent planning skills and the determination to deliver fundraising solutions and results that allow this fantastic charity to provide the best possible support for people with cancer.
