Every day, our Money Advisers make a huge difference by supporting people in difficult circumstances as part of our National Debtline and Business Debtline services. These services offer practical self-help – empowering people in debt to speak to creditors directly and put solutions in place to resolve their debt problems.
 
We’re currently looking for a Digital Services Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role
 
As a Digital Services Manager, you will help shape and manage our sites so people can access the help they need when they need it most.
 
In this varied role, you will undertake a broad range of tasks to develop our sites including how they look, how they are managed behind the scenes and what they do for our clients.
 
Working closely with our Development, Information and Insight Teams, you will oversee SEO, accessibility, content, user experience and analytics. You will also line manage an apprentice.
 
About You
 
To join us as a Digital Services Manager, you will need:
 
- Experience in, and a passion for, digital services
- Line management experience
- To be driven and pragmatic
