Position type: Full Time - 35 hours per week (happy to talk flexible working)

Our client is excited to offer this collaborative opportunity to deliver a joint skills project which includes developing strategies to increase quality apprenticeship opportunities and identify skills gaps and growth opportunities in the region.

What Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Understanding do you need?

• You’ll be experienced in working with either trade unions, not for profit/third sector or similar organisations on learning and skills
• You’ll be good negotiating and advocacy skills
• You’ll have an excellent understanding of union learning and government policies and practice on learning and skills
