The Reading Agency is looking for a Head of Finance and Operations. In this exciting new role, you will support the organisation as we continue to innovate and adopt systems and business models to ensure we are effective and sustainable for the future.

About You
You will be a qualified accountant with good technical skills. You will have experience of charity accounting, process and systems transformation as well as a 'can-do' attitude, seeking to add value beyond the remit of finance. You will be flexible, organised and a proactive team player, able to build positive relationships internally and externally.
