Fantastic opportunity for a Major Donor specialist to join an ambitious charity with significant plans for growth.

The TPP Fundraising and Development team are delighted to be supporting a leading membership body at the heart of medical science with the search for a Senior Major Donor Fundraising Manager. In this new role, working with the Head of Fundraising, you will devise and deliver the charity's major donor fundraising strategy. In doing so you will create and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to grow the charity's fundraising base.

You must have significant experience of major gift fundraising with an excellent track record of initiating new relationships, producing compelling appeal documents, securing major gifts and managing long-term philanthropic supporter relationships. You will also be proactive, a self-starter, and willing to take responsibility for managing all donor interactions. You will have an ability to direct, lead and personally work through the fundraising cycle with donors. Additionally, you will be able to spot and respond to opportunities and have great interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with colleagues, donors and Fellows.
