TPP are working in partnership with a charity that support students from a disadvantage background. They run programmes across schools to support young people aged 14 to 18.

They are looking for a Project Manager to join in November on a fixed term contract until June 2022. This role is Part time working 3 days a week. There is potential this contract could be extended.

This role will be a remote role but you can work in the office once a week if you wish to.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the contractual reporting of work. The role will involve overseeing the uploading of all student and tutor details to the reporting platform, ensuring weekly tutor timesheets are completed, as well as managing school invoicing.

This is a new and demanding role in a fast-paced project, and will suit a person who has excellent attention to detail and thrives on turning strategic imperatives into operational plans, and successfully implementing these.

You will need to hit the ground running, and bring your experience and expertise in project coordination/management to a role which you can make your own.

You will be working on the organisations biggest contract so will be a key role to overseeing that all runs smoothly. This project will have a lot of senior oversight so you will be someone that is used to dealing with senior stakeholders.

Do you have excellent attention to detail with the ability to keep meticulous records? Do you have excellent project management skills; able to build complex Excel databases Ability to communicate with patience and influence at all levels?

Do you have rapid and creative problem solving skills: able to diagnose a problem and quickly propose a solution?
