TPP are delighted to be working with a vibrant community charity who has a rich history over 130 years. They are looking for Head of Programme Development.

This role is looking for candidates that are interested in working 4 days a week or 5 days. You will be able to work from home 1 day a week.

This is an exciting time to join to drive forward and develop the charities Programmes and Projects. They are looking for someone to use their skills and knowledge to make a difference to people's lives.

Do you want to be part of a charity that strive to break down barriers and reduce isolation, enabling access to learning, training and opportunities, empowering people to reach their goals?

As the Head of Programme development you will lead and manage the Project Team and Volunteers, as part of the SLT, and develop the Projects and Programme of Activities at the Charity, so that they meet the needs of the local
community, and are evidenced by an Impact Framework.

You will line manage the Project Co-ordinators, Team and Volunteers, in a professional and friendly manner, so that the Charity delivers quality Projects and Activities. You will Performance manage the Team, so that Action Plans are active and implemented in a timely manner and results achieved.

You will manage and collaborate with Activity Partners to deliver joint working. Engage with the local community to understand 'Needs' using a co-design approach. Collaborate on Bids with the Head of Funding, Head of Operations and Project Team to ensure funding is in place to deliver Projects and Activities.

To be successful in this role you will have a track record in Project and Programme Management/Development and Project Co-design and Delivery. You will also have a track record in line management.
