Every day, our Money Advisers make a huge difference by supporting people in difficult circumstances as part of our National Debtline and Business Debtline services. These services offer practical self-help – empowering people in debt to speak to creditors directly and put solutions in place to resolve their debt problems.
 
We’re currently looking for a Partnership Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role
 
As a Partnership Support Officer, you will be responsible for helping to deliver our income generation strategy.
 
Providing a broad range of support to our Partnerships and Bids Team, you will maintain strong relationships with major creditors including financial services providers. You will assist with the development of tailored and compelling funding proposals, collaborating at all levels with key internal stakeholders.
 
Additionally, you will help identify new business development opportunities, with the aim of securing financial support, and support funders’ visits to our offices and other events.
 
About You
 
To join us as a Partnership Support Officer, you will need:
 
- Demonstrable experience within corporate fundraising environments
- The ability to achieve agreed income targets and deliver our strategic objectives
- The ability to manage multiple projects at any one time and deliver to strict deadlines
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A suitable workstation at home with a strong internet connection and be proficient in the use of remote working applications such as Teams
