If you’re a responsible friend then your natural drive and guidance could be the catalyst for somebody’s next big supported housing break through. As part of a small team based at their city centre office, you will work with residents housed in their accommodation to provide support to those experiencing homelessness. As a project worker, it is your duty to guide their residents through the homelessness pathway with tasks such as liaising with other agencies, 1 to 1 support sessions, helping residents to increase their skillset and locate independent living opportunities.
The post includes; 25 days’ annual leave (rising to 30), regular supervision, continuous professional development and an opportunity to learn, develop and shape an exciting role.
