Prosper Evaluation Researcher GRADE 7


£34,805 - £40,322 pa

The Prosper project is seeking an evaluation researcher. Prosper aims to develop a new approach to postdoc career development that unlocks postdocs’ potential to thrive in multiple career pathways. You will evolve and implement an evaluation framework to track the development and implementation of the *Prosper* project. In parallel you will establish a longitudinal evaluation plan to track the longer-term outcomes of the project and those participating in it. You will have experience of devising, conducting and commissioning research and evaluation projects which draw on both qualitative and quantitative methods. You may have a research background with an interest in staff development or have a track record in evaluating programmes in a higher education environment. A strong team player, you will be used to working as part of a diverse team. As a member of the *Prosper* team within the Academy, you will bring energy, enthusiasm and a constant focus on excellence to our work. You should have a degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the delivery of a project of sector and national significance. The post is available until March 2023.
