The SCC offers a wide range of youth opportunities with the same enduring objective – to give young people the best possible head start in life through nautical adventure and fun.

Weare seeking a Marketing & Digital Communications Officer who will work with the communications team in delivering flexible, cost effective and class-leading marketing & digital communications to enable MSSC (and the brands it represents) achieve objectives across campaigns, fundraising and policy by achieving targeted and effective profile in a variety of media and through the delivery of quality marketing communications.

We adhere to safer recruitment practices and therefore employment is subject to detailed pre-employment checks for successful candidates, including references and criminal disclosure checks and the completion of a disclosure questionnaire. Company

We at MSSC are passionate about providing a brighter future to young people nationwide and to seafarers, wherever they may be.

MSSC’s vision of being the leading maritime charity for youth development and lifelong learning aligns these two great charities under a common cause – to support all of our beneficiaries so they can achieve their best potential, whatever path they choose.

For the Sea Cadets, this means: inspiring and supporting the next generations through nautical adventure so they can realise their potential and grab a better future.

For the Marine Society, this means: Enabling seafarers with the right tools to get to where they want to be through learning and self development.
