This is an opportunity to join a remarkable Development and Alumni Relations office. Working directly with the Director of Advancement Services, the Executive Director and the Leadership Team, you will manage a variety of organisational priorities and projects.

Engaging with colleagues at all levels of the organisation, you will help to coordinate organisational priorities on a day-to-day basis whilst taking a lead role in managing various strategic initiatives. You will participate in future planning processes for the department and help to manage and periodically re-evaluate the strategic plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting organisational culture including the development of departmental best practices.

Development and Alumni Relations reflects the University's mission - innovating and transforming approaches to fundraising, leading the sector and working at the cutting edge of what they do. They have transformed Higher Education fundraising and launched an ambitious campaign in 2015. The "Dear World... Yours, Cambridge" campaign for the University and Colleges of Cambridge is raising £2 billion to continue to respond to the world's greatest challenges.

The Associate Director, Advancement Services, is an exciting opportunity - they have incredible momentum and they want you to help them get to the next level!

If you are someone who is collaborative, passionate and a great project manager, if you have experience of providing senior level administrative support and of working with senior leadership teams in fundraising or higher education, they'd love to hear from you.

This role is based in central Cambridge; they welcome discussions on hybrid working based on role requirements.
