Citizens Advice Braintree Halstead and Witham is looking for an experienced trainer with an advice sector background to develop and deliver a comprehensive training programme across our organisation and be responsible for the recruitment of new volunteers.
You will have the ability to train both staff and volunteers in groups and individually. You will be able to coach and mentor individuals to reach their potential and achieve their learning goals to ensure quality in the delivery of advice. You will also manage our volunteer recruitment programme.
