You will support people around education, employment, social inclusion and overcoming barriers to reaching their potential. You will run weekly peer mentoring groups to improve confidence, provide opportunities and foster positive relationships. The main role responsibilities (further outlined in the job description) are:

  • To support a caseload of service users on a short- and long-term basis to achieve personal goals.
