About the Roundhouse:

A lot of people know the Roundhouse for our incredible history, but our future is just as exciting. Our home is a unique heritage building that has a rich history built on counter-culture, revolutionary theatre and life-changing music moments. But we’re building on that legacy and independent venue spirit. The Roundhouse Studios - a creative space for young people - is a home for young Londoners where the next generation of creatives are using their talent and their voice to change the world around them.

About you:

We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join the iconic Roundhouse as we welcome back live events.

The post holder will work across departments to ensure our training, reporting and safety processes are first class. You will lead on ensuring the venue implements all recommendations from our Health and Safety Audits and Fire Risk Assessments, using clear, positive communication to achieve buy-in from all stakeholders.

We are looking for applicants who have significant Health and Safety Management experience. You will have experience in implementing Health and Safety Management systems within an organisation. You will be a clear communicator and have the ability to lead and motivate teams.
