I am excited to be working with an amazing animal charity in search of a temporary Journey Optimisation (Data) Team Manager. We're looking for a personable team player, who is passionate about digital data optimisation, who is data and results driven and who has a good understanding of mass fundraising and supporter experience. You will be a steady hand to guide our optimisation team to help get our new prioritisation tools up and running and champion the team by raising their profile. There will a portion of this role which focuses on strengthen and simplify our data handling processes as well as bringing alignment of the digital platforms into our other systems.

Role scope would be around: Team management, entrenching prioritisation and briefing processes, building optimisation and automation skills and capacity, technical knowledge around EN and data management, development of data/process flows and maximising access to insight. This is a manager level position, and they would report into the Head of Supporter Engagement.

Person Specification:
Previous team management experience
Strong relationship management skills
Experience of implementing simple prioritisation processes within teams
An understanding of Engaging Networks or a similar email delivery platform including trouble shooting, a good understanding and experience of data handling within these platforms, knowledge of mass fundraising, experience of identifying and delivering testing/optimisation on email platforms to improve donor/customer experience and record learnings including email automation, donation forms
Experience and understanding of briefing insight jobs in order to gain insight and trends in a way that optimises supporter journeys
A problem solver and data explorer
Experience of developing process maps and data flows
