Family links is a national charity based in Oxford. Our vision is for every child and adult to realise their individual potential, enjoy positive relationships and live healthy and fulfilled lives. We work with national policy makers to inform and influence policy and practice and deliver training programmes and resources that build and sustain emotional health and relationships in families, schools and workplaces. We enable families to nurture themselves and their children and make positive changes to their lives.
Our Chief Executive retires next year, and we are looking for a successor who will continue to inspire and lead our outstandingly talented team. This will be someone with clear strategic vision, able to build on our success, sustaining and developing our high quality, evidence-informed programmes, training and resources, and influencing policy and practice nationally and regionally.
If you have the passion and the professional and personal skills to lead Family Links to reach more children and adults across the UK and to influence local and national policy makers to recognise the importance of emotional health, we would be delighted to hear from you.
As you would expect, we are looking for someone committed to furthering equality, diversity and inclusion and would welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
The location is flexible, however a strong and regular presence in the Oxford office will be required with some travel across the UK.
You can find the full recruitment pack and learn more about Family Links at: https://www.familylinks.org.uk/work-with-us

Interviews will take place on 2nd December in Oxford; if required second interviews will be held online on 7th December.
