Data & Reporting Manager (2 year FTC)

London

About Us

The Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) is an independent charity dedicated to breaking the link between family income and educational achievement.

We do this by summarising the best available evidence in plain language for busy, time-poor teachers and senior leaders, generating new evidence of ‘what works’, and what doesn’t work to improve teaching and learning, and supporting teachers and senior leaders across the country to use this evidence to achieve the maximum possible benefit for children and young people.

The Role

We’re looking for a Data & Reporting Manager to join us on a 24 month fixed-term contract as part of a newly funded initiative. The initiative is aimed at fostering behaviour change around schools’ spending of their funding, ensuring there is a quality supply of evidence-based programmes that settings can confidently and easily access.

As the Data & Reporting Manager, you will liaise between the Evaluation, Programmes, Dissemination & Impact teams, to oversee the implementation of data structures across teams.

About You

To be considered as a Data & Reporting Manager, you will need:

- Extensive experience in data management systems and processes

- Experience of working on education projects and working with data from schools

- Strong experience of using CRM systems

- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills

- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders

Previous experience of leading a range of research and evaluation projects and conducting relevant statistical analysis would be beneficial, as would experience of working in an education, health or other related field.

What you can expect from us

- Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum D.O.E

- 27 days’ holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays

- Flexible start and end working times (core hours are 10am and 4pm)

- Flexible working opportunities

- Pension (matched with 5% employer contributions)

- Life insurance cover

- Interest-free season ticket loan and cycle scheme

- Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave pay (conditions apply)

- Confidential access to Employee Assistance Programme
