TPP are excited to be working with a Trust to recruit a Membership officer.

This trust currently have 2000 members. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they are going through some change. They are looking to grow their members. This is a brand new role that will be part of the Fundraising and Marketing department.

Do you have a proven track record of working with members? Do you have knowledge of fundraising databases?

Do you enjoy building relationships? This organisation call all their members "Friends" as they are very important to them and must be treated in a friendly manner.

The role would suit a team player as you will form part of a small team. A flexible attitude and willingness to support colleagues is a must.

You will manage, maintain and help to develop the CRM database ( ThankQ ) to ensure it meets the needs of all staff. You will provide administration support for the charity and CEO, including being the face of the office and the voice of the phone.

You will provide excellent care to all friends, including writing donation thank you letters, sending information packs, responding to queries and speaking with friends when they have any queries relating to their friendship or payments.

You will support Friends at every stage of the Donor Journey and encourage them to move through it, from acquisition, Life Friends, Major Donors to Legacy Pledger's
