TPP are delighted to be working with a Royal Society to recruit a Membership Development officer on a 9-12 contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an organisation that will support develop your skills and offer great benefits such as discounted/free food, Life insurance and Private medical/dental insurance. This organisation offer flexibility around hybrid working. You will have the chance to travel within the UK sometimes Scotland and Wales when safe to do so.

Do you have Membership experience? Are you confident/experienced at presenting to different audiences? If yes this could be a great opportunity for you.

Some of the responsibilities will include proactively seeking opportunities to recruit and retain members and registrants, promoting the Society through engagement with key organisations, industry partners and stakeholders to achieve the annual growth target. You will promote, organise and deliver the annual briefings, webinar, and workshop programme. You will represent the Society at relevant external/internal events to promote membership and registration and provide comprehensive information and guidance to prospective and upgrading members and registrants via email, telephone and social media platforms.

This role is looking for someone with excellent written and communication skills, ability to prioritise, plan and organise day to day activities and someone with effective problem solving techniques.
