Location: Home based with including frequent travel across the UK and regular (fortnightly) work from our Head office in Royston, Hertfordshire (45 mins from central London).

Programme Co-ordinator: Full Time Position (£23,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience, skills)

This post is all about working collaboratively with every member of the staff team. It is a multi-faceted role, a fantastic opportunity to work in a wide range of areas critical to the effective running of a national charity. It’s about taking care of the nuts and bolts of our extraordinary programmes, ensuring they run effectively and successfully.

We are looking for someone who can ensure that all our stakeholders have the information and support they need to make their contribution – the where, the when, the what and the how.  You’ll need the ability to engage, organise, liaise with and monitor clients (schools, colleges, local authorities, universities and business), volunteer coaches and young people. You’ll have an excellent eye for detail, have excellent IT skills and be able to stay on top of the detail of complex projects.
