A natural collaborator, you will develop relationships internally and externally and drive innovative ways to address current and emerging needs to improve the service for their residents.

What you'll be doing
You will be leading a high calibre Executive team to drive the transformation of the core fundamentals of their business, as well as continue the extensive growth and modernisation journey they are on.
Reporting to the Board Chair, you will have responsibility for the strategic leadership, overall management and performance of the organisation.

When and where you'll be doing it
This role is full time and offers an annual salary of circa £160,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
Our client’s head office is in central Maidstone in their new modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of working. They have always valued agile and flexible working, which has proved a bonus over the past year of lockdowns, and they are happy to consider flexible working arrangements for this position.
