Step Forward Tees Valley is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund until June 2022. Working in partnership with 17 voluntary and community sector delivery partners, Step Forward Tees Valley will support people into or towards employment and/or training

About the role

The charity is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Step Forward Tees Valley team as a Navigator. You will manage a caseload of participants with complex barriers and provide 1:1 support to people who are long term unemployed to help them move towards and access training and employment. As a Navigator you would be responsible for engaging and supporting participants through every stage in their journey, addressing barriers and introducing activities to support progression.

This role will work solely on the Step Forward Tees Valley programme.

Experience of regularly using a Management Information System to support with caseload and diary management.
