My client who is a national sports charity is looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a six-month fixed term contract, starting in October 2021. They aim to help create a better world through the sport and make it accessible to everyone. They currently have over 70,000 members across the UK.
The HR Administrator will support the HR team as they implement their new HR system (BreatheHR). You will play a key role in updating the HR files and HR system for the charity to make the process as smooth as possible. The role will also involve you scanning important documentation, ensuring employee records are correct. You will also provide first line assistance to any staff HR queries.
This position will allow the HR Administrator to develop and improve their HR knowledge throughout the contract. The HR Manager and HR Officer will offer support and guidance on a daily basis. You will be involved in HR projects and be given the opportunity to lead on key tasks independently.
The charity is keen to have someone in post by the start of October 2021 so all potential applicants must be able to interview and start a new role at short notice. The position is paying up to £24,000 per annum. The role offers hybrid working throughout the FTC (2 days working from home).
The Head Office is located close to Guildford, Surrey and they have parking on site for staff.
