We are seeking a Digital Products Sales Manager who will be responsible for growing sales of digital products and services to our stakeholders, so that we can sustain delivery and ensure continued charitable benefit to our beneficiaries and increased market presence. They will also be responsible for identifying and delivering opportunities to increase our ability to support seafarers, generating business for our learning products and services so that we can deliver greater charitable benefit to our beneficiaries, and further developing our relationships with the sector.

Key areas will focus on:

We are a national charity helping to develop lifelong learning skills for the youths of today. With strong links to the maritime sector and Royal Navy. The charity uses the impact of being on the water to change their lives. Offering great flexible work and benefits. Benefits include 25 days’ annual leave, training opportunities and professional development. MSSC is at an exciting point in our development which sees us increasing our position to help more young people get a head start in life through life-changing nautical adventure.

We recognise our responsibilities to safeguard and protect the young people and vulnerable adults with whom we work. We adhere to safer recruitment practices and therefore employment is subject to detailed pre-employment checks for successful candidates, including references and criminal disclosure checks and the completion of a disclosure questionnaire. All successful applicants are required to attend safeguarding training.

Company

We at MSSC are passionate about providing a brighter future to young people nationwide and to seafarers, wherever they may be.

MSSC’s vision of being the leading maritime charity for youth development and lifelong learning aligns these two great charities under a common cause – to support all of our beneficiaries so they can achieve their best potential, whatever path they choose.

For the Sea Cadets, this means: inspiring and supporting the next generations through nautical adventure so they can realise their potential and grab a better future.

For the Marine Society, this means: Enabling seafarers with the right tools to get to where they want to be through learning and self development.
