Job Details
A great opportunity has arisen for a Legacy Campaign Manager (Maternity Cover) for a health related charity in order to implement and deliver a programme of legacy marketing activity to the charity supporters and customers, through a variety of channels, to generate legacy prospects and pledgers, moving them from considering to leaving a gift in their Will.
Location: London with Hybrid Working
Salary: 34,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time, 9- 12 month FTC

Key responsibilities:
Managing existing and lapsed donor communications, activity and fulfilment to Fundraising (IG, Challenge Events, Community FR (excluding In-Mem) audiences) and Partnership audiences across direct mail, telemarketing, e-news and email.
Managing the legacy digital marketing programme. Ensuring our web content is up to date, including the Will-writing products information and reflecting any digital content of integrated legacy campaigns. Ensuring we maximise opportunities to appear in the fundraising e-newsletter and reporting on all activity and results via our Google Analytics dashboard
Working closely with the Legacy Engagement Officer managing staff and volunteer communications. Providing and signing off on copy for cross-communications and inserts.
Using brand and legacy proposition messaging to write and proof engaging promotional copy and content, ensuring all legacy materials are up to date.
Person specification:
Knowledge and experience of managing and delivering multiple legacy marketing and telemarketing campaigns, preferably in the not for profit sector, across a range of channels.
Ability to build strong relationships within and outside of the team to maximise opportunities for cross working to fulfil objectives.
Experience of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience of writing copy for varied audiences and managing the work of marketing agencies and other external suppliers to provide copy, artwork, print and mailing services.
Experience of working independently or with a data team to identify, segment and export data selections from a customer database for direct marketing purposes.
Experience of working to budgets and monitoring results and expenditure.
Strong IT skills and experience of using fundraising databases.
Awareness of the external environment and developments in fundraising and legacy marketing.
