Insight and Improvement Manager

Salary £50,791 – £53,362

Location Walsall,West Midlands

Contract:  Full time, permanent, working 37 hours per week (hybrid working)


Closing Date: 26 September 2021

1st Stage Interview: 30 September 2021

2nd Stage Interview: Week commencing 4 October 2021

If that is you, please read on as our client is looking for an experienced senior colleague to take on the role of Insight and Improvement Manager. With a diverse portfolio spanning performance reporting, operational planning, continuous improvement and customer experience, you will be right in  the “engine room” of the business and be given the opportunity to truly influence the future direction of the business.


Bringing together both the Voice of the Business and the Voice of the Customer, they have many success stories to tell about how they have improved services for customers and processes for colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to take that baton and continue the momentum in this area of work, using intelligence to push them to be even better.
