Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic mental health charity in North London. The charity is a resource for people with mental health problems that makes social inclusion and participation in everyday life a reality. Getting a paid job, having a social life and going to college are the norm for many of their members.

In early 2011 the charity moved into their brand-new state of the art architect designed building. The new building also features a shop, the Kiosk, which serves hot and cold drinks and snacks to the public and provides employment opportunities for their members.

They are proud to have been highly commended by NHS England in their Excellence In Participation Awards for the innovative ways that members and staff work together to run the charity.

I am looking for a Director of Employment Services to join the team on a permanent basis.

Location: North London - Camden and Islington

Salary: 42,602 per annum plus benefits

Contract: Permanent

This is a newly created role within the organisation and the successful candidate will lead and grow these services. You will have experience of working strategically at senior levels, knowledge of contract management, service development as well as a thorough understanding of supported employment models including the importance of integrated systems and partnership working. You will also seek and develop new opportunities for growth whilst maintaining full responsibility for existing employment support services.
Closing date for applications: ASAP and will be reviewed on a rolling basis
