Our client is a great place to work. They pride themselves on building strong collaborative relationships locally, regionally and nationally. They are passionate about not only providing housing and building new homes in Stockport, but helping to transform the lives of their customers. They aim to provide comfortable and affordable homes and engage customers and communities.
They’re looking for a number of officers to join their Recovery and Income Team. Within these roles you will support the organisation to maximise the collection of income.
Ideally you will have experience in a performance and customer service driven environment. It’s important that you have experience of delivering excellent customer service and that you can recognise the needs of individual customers at all times. Being a confident IT user and having the ability to use a wide range of computer software is also vital to the roles.
Due to the nature of the roles there is a need to work flexibly to suit the needs of customers and a team. You will also be required to hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes. As times have changed they do offer some flexible working and you will be able to demonstrate that you can work independently and efficiently from home and within an office setting.
It is important to them that they have a diverse workforce, representative of the communities they work in. Equality, diversity and inclusion is important to them and they like to acknowledge that everyone is different. They’re always looking to improve diversity within their teams and across the group, so they would welcome any applications from any underrepresented groups.
