Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

This is a new role in the Wales Funded Services team, which is part of the Operations directorate at National Citizens Advice. The team are responsible for the operational design, implementation and delivery of core client facing services in Wales delivered by Citizens Advice.

In the role you’ll assist and support the team with the administration of our e-referral system, working closely with teams at National Citizens Advice and local Citizens Advice offices across Wales.

The National Citizens Advice Operates from offices in England and Wales, with 4 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
